We are a roofing contractor, not a public adjuster or a law firm, and we do not negotiate your settlement for you. What we do is make sure the roof is documented accurately.

The inspection
Free, and it comes with a straight answer. We photograph the roof and walk you through what we found — including when the honest finding is that you do not have a claim and do not need us yet.

Filing the claim
If there is storm damage, we help you get the claim opened and we are on the roof with your adjuster, so what gets written down matches what is actually up there.

Scope and approval
We reconcile the adjuster's scope against what the roof genuinely needs, and we handle the back-and-forth. You should not have to argue about ice-and-water shield.

The build
Materials selected, crew scheduled, and a final walk with you at the end. Project management is the part of this business Dominic came up through.

Common questions
Questions we get before the inspection.
Do I need a permit to replace my roof in Colorado Springs?
Yes. Re-roofs across Colorado Springs, Fountain, Manitou Springs, Monument, Palmer Lake, Green Mountain Falls, Woodland Park and unincorporated El Paso County are permitted through the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department, which also requires the roofing contractor to hold a valid Colorado and PPRBD roofing licence. We pull the permit as part of the job.
Does my roof need an ice barrier?
It depends on your elevation. PPRBD requires an eave ice barrier on properties above 7,000 ft — at least two layers of underlayment cemented together, or a self-adhering polymer-modified bitumen sheet, running from the eave edge to 24 inches inside the exterior wall line. Woodland Park is well above that line; Colorado Springs and Fountain are below it; Monument sits about 18 feet under it, so it comes down to your specific address.
What does the free inspection include?
We get on the roof, photograph what we find, and walk you through it — including when the honest answer is that you do not have a claim and do not need us yet. There is no charge and no obligation.

How do I know whether hail actually damaged my roof?
Usually you cannot tell from the ground, which is the problem. Hail bruising on asphalt shingles is often invisible from the driveway and obvious from four feet away. That is what the free inspection is for, and photographs taken before anything is touched are worth a great deal if a claim follows.
