What we do
New roof installations for residential and commercial properties.
A full tear-off and rebuild, decking inspected before anything goes back down. You see the deck before it is covered.
Addressing leaks, damage, and wear and tear.
We find where the water is actually entering, which is rarely where it shows up on the ceiling, and we tell you if a repair is the wrong answer.
Preventative maintenance services to extend the lifespan of your roof.
Flashing, boots, sealant and valleys — the small parts that fail first and cost the least to stay ahead of.
Roofing, exterior restoration, and a wide range of contracting services.
Storms rarely stop at the roof. Gutters, siding and the rest of the envelope get looked at in the same inspection.
Insurance & storm restoration
Dominic has spent eight years on inspections, project management and insurance restoration. That experience is the reason to call us before you call anyone else — the claim is usually harder than the roof.
We are a roofing contractor, not a public adjuster or a law firm, and we do not negotiate your settlement for you. What we do is make sure the roof is documented accurately.
Free, and it comes with a straight answer. We photograph the roof and walk you through what we found — including when the honest finding is that you do not have a claim and do not need us yet.
If there is storm damage, we help you get the claim opened and we are on the roof with your adjuster, so what gets written down matches what is actually up there.
We reconcile the adjuster's scope against what the roof genuinely needs, and we handle the back-and-forth. You should not have to argue about ice-and-water shield.
Materials selected, crew scheduled, and a final walk with you at the end. Project management is the part of this business Dominic came up through.

The people
This is a small business. You will deal with these three, and their own words are below — lightly tightened, not rewritten.

Owner
Dominic has worn many hats across eight years in roofing and construction, building expertise in inspections, project management, insurance restoration, customer service and construction operations. That hands-on experience is what lets him help homeowners navigate a project with confidence from start to finish. His greatest passion is his wife and two daughters, and those values carry over into how he treats every customer.

President of Sales
“I spent much of my life as a dedicated athlete and was fortunate to become an NCAA All-American, national champion, and Olympic Trials competitor. That experience taught me the value of preparation, follow-through, and always striving to do things the right way. I believe in honest conversations, practical solutions, and finding the option that truly fits each client's needs.”

Accountant
“I've always had a natural affinity for numbers, but what truly drives my career is building strong, trusted relationships with clients and colleagues. As a people-focused professional, I enjoy helping others navigate complex challenges while creating meaningful connections along the way.” Outside work: a husband, three kids, a growing collection of furry and scaly family members, and bird watching.
Common questions
Yes. Re-roofs across Colorado Springs, Fountain, Manitou Springs, Monument, Palmer Lake, Green Mountain Falls, Woodland Park and unincorporated El Paso County are permitted through the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department, which also requires the roofing contractor to hold a valid Colorado and PPRBD roofing licence. We pull the permit as part of the job.
It depends on your elevation. PPRBD requires an eave ice barrier on properties above 7,000 ft — at least two layers of underlayment cemented together, or a self-adhering polymer-modified bitumen sheet, running from the eave edge to 24 inches inside the exterior wall line. Woodland Park is well above that line; Colorado Springs and Fountain are below it; Monument sits about 18 feet under it, so it comes down to your specific address.
We get on the roof, photograph what we find, and walk you through it — including when the honest answer is that you do not have a claim and do not need us yet. There is no charge and no obligation.

Usually you cannot tell from the ground, which is the problem. Hail bruising on asphalt shingles is often invisible from the driveway and obvious from four feet away. That is what the free inspection is for, and photographs taken before anything is touched are worth a great deal if a claim follows.
